The information provided on this form will be used by the British Baseball Federation and its development agency, BaseballSoftballUK, for the governance and development of British baseball and BBF league activity.
Each club contact MUST provide a contact phone number (preferably both home and mobile numbers) and a working email address.
Other registered clubs will be able to email your club contact via the BBF website for recruitment and game-day communications, but the email address itself will remain hidden to the public.
Each individual adult team of every BBF club is required to appoint a point person for press enquiries, game reports and other media-related matters. They will work closely with the appointed BBF divisional reporters to ensure game reports are published promptly each week. The media contact could be the team manager or other specific contact who will normally assist in the preparing of game reports on a week to week basis.
No data from this form will be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Below are the dates and deadlines for registrations and deposits to be received by the British Baseball Federation:
December 2017 - Registration Opens.
Saturday, 31 December 2017 - Registration deadline for NBL teams.
Wednesday, 17 January 2018 - Registration deadline for all other adult and youth teams.
Wednesday, 31 January 2018 - Deposits from all teams must be received by the BBF

Any returning BBF member club from 2017 that takes part in any of our adult (senior) leagues (only) and which registers on or before 31 January will receive a £100 credit towards its 2018 membership fees.
Teams may opt to pay their deposits by bank transfer. These details will be available on the final page of the form.
Deposits are required for all teams registering with the BBF in 2018. The deposit for each senior team is £100. The deposit for each youth team is £10.
Additionally, payment of the club’s Civil Liability insurance premium is required. The premium is £145 per club.
With regards to Personal Accident Insurance policies, these are arranged on a per team basis. The cost is £30 per team. This is payable along with your deposit.
